New Project: A safe Nigerian Dwarf Goat Hay Feeder

We had a four hour round trip road adventure yesterday, just to pick this up and a bag of Stall Dry. This is the start of our safe Nigerian Dwarf hay feeder. I bet you wont even recognize it when we're finished!
